After showing the gameplay for Lana’s Planet just a few months ago, Lightning and Wish Studios are willing to spend time talking to gamers about their game design choices. In fact, they take around 18 minutes to talk players through some of the systems players can expect in the game and the design choices the team made to create this anticipated puzzle adventure game.
The commentary is topped with an extended gameplay video showing off some of the awesome natural environments players can expect to see throughout the game. It also showcases some of the cool companion mechanics players can expect to experience. between Lana and her cat-like companion Mui as they work together to overcome obstacles and outwit deadly robotic enemies. Meanwhile, creative director Adam Stjarnljus and co-director and screenwriter Klas Eriksson offer intriguing insights into what’s featured in gameplay and what we can expect to see in the full game next year.
It’s nice to see more of Lana and her cat companion Mui working together through this above-ground odyssey. I am eager to Lana’s Planet out Spring 2023 on PC via Steam, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.
