GDC Masterclass returns with new game developer classes given by industry experts

It’s time to become a leader in video game development. GDC Master Class is back this fall with a new series of professional virtual courses, helping you learn essential skills to support your studio work or your next job search.

GDC Masterclass provides high-level training with industry experts in several areas of game development. One of Game Developers Conference’s unique professional offerings, Masterclass is comprised of small-group workshops that provide in-depth, hands-on training from top video game development professionals, addressing some of the biggest challenges facing game developers. developers today. Based on community requests, GDC Masterclass is reviving some of its most popular classes. These include Kari Toyama and Anthony Price’s course on Building a Strong Quality Assurance (QA) Team, Celia Hodent’s course on Integrating Human Psychology into User Experience (UX) from your game, and more. We are also excited to launch a new course from Stephanie Bayer on Job Finding and Growing Your Career in Community Management, as well as several courses from Clinton Keith offering Agile Leadership certification in various Scrum Alliance disciplines.

All of our courses will be conducted entirely online via Zoom during PST working hours, although all time zones are welcome to register. Courses will be offered in November with repeat offering in December (with the exception of some Agile Leadership courses).
