Game Developer – The Lord of the Rings: Gollum will receive more time for polishing

Unfortunately, Smeagol needs to spend a little more time with his valuable development team before he’s allowed to go out in public.

Daedalic Entertainment and NACON I would like to thank all the players for their patience and support so far. Over the past few years, the team has worked hard to share our vision for a remarkable story, set in a breathtaking world filled with magic and wonder. We are committed to meeting the expectations of our community and uncovering the untold story of Gollum in a way that honors JRR Tolkien’s vision.

That said, in order to give you the best possible experience, we’ve decided to push back the release of The Lord of the Rings: Gollum by a few months. We will update with exact timing in the near future

Daedalic and NACON are grateful for their passionate community and will be happy to share this unique adventure with them soon.

The Lord of the Rings: Gollum will be released on PC, PlayStation4, PlayStation5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch.
