Game developer sues Rival and Pinsent over PR campaign

By Sophia Dourou (August 15, 2022, 7:04 PM BST) – Video game giant Saber Interactive is suing a UK competitor and its law firm Pinsent Masons LLP for trying to increase media coverage accusing the developer of Evil Dead : The Game of Bullying the Independent Market Competitor.

Saber Interactive Inc. alleges that Oovee Ltd. made the statements as part of a deliberate legal strategy in a separate, multimillion-dollar dispute over the rights to a driving simulation game, according to a July 21 new public request from the High Court .
